To be an automatic customer means that our Aqua team will perform the annual backflow testing ($69.95) required by your city in the spring between the months of March and April without you having to schedule the test or be home. If you would like for us to run your system, make adjustments, repairs, etc... you will need to contact us as we will need to make a specific time for that which will be billed out at an hourly rate. 1 hour minimum $90/Hr plus parts if needed
We will also autmoatically perform your winterization between the months of October and November to ensure no freezing of underground irrigation lines over the freezing winter months. Please note the only way we can do the winterization without you giving us Access to your timer is if you have a Hunter remote port.
We do warranty freeze damage but only if your system was able to be winterized properly and the system was installed by Aqua Sprinkler Systems. If for some reason you have zones not working you will need to contact us for repair before winterization otherwise it will void any warranty as we cannot properly winterize the system.
There is no upfront cost for becoming an automatic service member. In fact you will receive a 10% discount for the above services. In order to receive the 10% discounts you must become a member for at least 1 year otherwise the 10% discounted will be sent back to you as a bill after cancellation of services within that years time.
The reason we give the 10% discount is so that we can be efficient while in your neighborhoods. If the automatic services cannot be completed at our convenience and you need to schedule the service at a specific time and date you will not receive the 10% discount for that service.
