System Installation

A sprinkler system ensures that your lawn receives the right amount of water, promoting healthy growth and reducing the risk of disease and pests.

With a sprinkler system, you will not have to spend time manually watering your lawn or garden. Simply set the schedule and let the system do the work for you.

A sprinkler system is designed to use water efficiently, reducing water waste and ultimately lowering your water bill.

Certified Backflow Testing
$69.95 (includes registration fee)
All lawn sprinkler systems are required to have a backflow prevention device installed at the connection point to prevent the accidental siphoning of contaminated water back into the public drinking water system.
The City of Lawrence requires all backflow preventer assemblies be tested annually by a certified backflow tester and that the test results be registered on line. Specific regulations for the program are found at the City of Lawrence website at:

LawrenceKS.org/Utilities/Backflow

At Aqua Sprinkler Systems we have personnel on staff who are certified to test, replace, and/or repair your backflow device as needed and we have made backflow testing a routine part of the sprinkler systems start-up service.
We are certified and registered to record your backflow test results with the city of Lawrence.
Backflow preventers approved for use with lawn sprinkler systems include either a Double Check Valve Assemble (DCVA), a Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PVB), or a Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ).
DO NOT LET YOUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM FREEZE!
We Highly Recommend it be winterized before the end of November!
$50 + $5.00 per zone
If your lawn sprinkler system has any above ground parts it needs to be winterized before we have freezing temperatures lasting more than a few hours.
Most lawn sprinkler systems are completely underground and therefore must have the water removed from all of the lines, heads, valves, and backflow device before the ground begins to freeze which is normally early to mid December in our part of the country.
Proper winterization of your lawn sprinkler systems requires a high volume, low pressure air compressor capable of removing all of the water without damaging any of the parts.
We have the equipment and trained personnel available to service your sprinkler system needs.
Winterizing your lawn sprinkler system costs around $75. Repairing freeze damage can run well over $500 depending on the extent of damage.
